For the first time, Disney On Ice invites families to step inside the magical adventures of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen, the #1 Animated feature of all time, and Disney Animation’s Encanto as they come to life like never before.  This adventure on ice transports fans into two of the most popular Disney films as audiences can sing-along to their favorite songs while embracing world-class ice skating, aerial acrobatics and more.

ARRIVE EARLY

Doors scheduled to open one hour prior to show time.

Show is just under two hours and includes a 15-minute intermission.

Double-check your tickets for correct performance date/time.

No costumes on guests over the age of 14.

PLEASE NOTE:  Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1” that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line.  We do suggest leaving most items at home. Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items and refuse items deemed unsafe, inappropriate or that violate arena policies. No audio or video recording. No professional cameras, detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. Point & shoot cameras are permitted.

Nationwide Arena has gone CASHLESS. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.

The Safelite Safe Spot is a designated calm space for individuals of all ages experiencing sensory challenges located off the elevator on the Club level at Party Tower 4, accessible from stairs or elevators at Section 117 on the main concourse OR Section 220 on the Upper Concourse. Ask a Guest Attendant about access and for info about checking out a free Sensory Kit.  Performance includes haze, strobe lighting, fog, theatrical snow and pyrotechnics.
