Due to inclement weather, the Disney On Ice presents Mickey and Friends performance originally scheduled for Thursday, February 3 at 7PM was rescheduled to a newly added performance Sunday, February 6 at 7PM. The performance originally scheduled for Friday, February 4 at 10:30 AM was delayed until Friday at 3PM. Your tickets are valid for the new date / times and will be honored in the same seat locations.
If you're unable to attend the rescheduled date/ times and wish to exchange your tickets for a different performance, you can exchange them for the best available seats on site at the Nationwide Arena Big Lots! Box Office before the performance you wish to attend.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance dates and times for the shows listed (Feb. 3 at 7PM to Feb. 6 at 7PM or Feb. 4 at 10:30AM to 3PM), you should have received an email from ticketmaster with a direct link for processing your refund.

Show is just under two hours in length and includes an intermission.

Per the city of Columbus, face coverings/ masks are required for all guests. Masks will be provided if needed.
Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1” that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line.
Photography and video are restricted to non-professional point and shoot cameras or phones. No flash photography or professional cameras, phone video for personal use is OK. GoPros, Selfie Sticks and iPads are prohibited. We suggest leaving most items at home. Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.
Nationwide Arena has gone CASHLESS. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.
