Help us spread holiday cheer by donating at dropboxes outside Nationwide Arena on your way into the show.  Donate new, unwrapped toys/ gifts (incuding books) for children to 12.  Exclude food or anything that looks like a weapon.

Health Check Required
All guests 18+ confirm via the CHECK-IN link here that on the date of the show you are fully vaccinated (14 days past final vaccination shot) by uploading a copy of your vaccination card w/proof of ID OR can show proof of a negative COVID-19 test (rapid tests are acceptable) within 72-hours prior to entering the venue. Confirmations apply to all members of your party and users of tickets purchased by you.

Per the City of Columbus, face coverings/ masks are required for all guests.  Masks provided if needed.

Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1” that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line. Video and audio recording strictly prohibited. No professional photography. We suggest leaving most items at home.  Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

Nationwide Arena has gone CASHLESS. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.
