Trans-Siberian Orchestra shows are happening as scheduled. 

ARRIVE EARLY

Doors scheduled to open one hour prior to show time

Theatrical strobe lighting effects, lasers, fog and pyrotechnics will be in use.

Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1” that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line.  We suggest leaving most items at home.  Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

Limited photography and/or video of the performance is permitted - restricted to non-professional point and shoot style cameras or phones from your assigned seats. No professional cameras, detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. No flash photography.

Nationwide Arena has gone CASHLESS. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.

Masks are optional. We ask fans to be respectful of each other.
