Ticketholders are NOT PERMITTED to camp OR line up in the Arena District prior to 8AM the day of each show.

General Admission Ticketholders may line up starting at 8AM (no sooner) outside the designated Front Street door to receive a wristband. Each person receives ONE wristband – you must be present with your ticket to check-in and receive a wristband.

General Admission Ticketholders who received a wristband may return at 6PM (no sooner) to the Front Street doors in numerical order for early entry.

If you arrive after doors open and your number has already entered, you must proceed to the back of the line.

General Admission Ticketholders who do not receive a wristband will line up first come, first served in a designated line at Front Street, to enter after those with wristbands.

Ticketholders of the Fan Premier Exhibit (FPE) may arrive at 2PM to line up outside the McConnell Street doors for early entry. Upon exit, FPE guests with GA numbered wristbands may return to the Front Street doors at 6PM (no sooner) to get in line in numerical order. FPE guests without a numbered wristband may line up for entry at the McConnell Street doors beginning at 6PM (no sooner). See separate email for addition FPE details.

Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1” that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line.  We suggest leaving most items at home. 

Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items and refuse items deemed unsafe, inappropriate or that violate arena policies. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

No audio or video recording. No professional cameras, detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. Point & shoot cameras are permitted.

Nationwide Arena has gone CASHLESS. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.

The Safelite Safe Spot is a designated calm space for individuals of all ages experiencing sensory challenges located off the elevator on the Club level at Party Tower 4, accessible from stairs or elevators at Section 117 on the main concourse OR Section 220 on the Upper Concourse. Ask a Guest Attendant about access and for info about checking out a free Sensory Inclusion Pack.
